These terms apply to klyre.tv and to submissions you send us. By using the site you agree to them.
What KLYRE is
KLYRE is an entertainment and educational channel. Its characters are fictional, and its programs are written and voiced by AI. We check historical and mythological facts against sourced research, but AI can still make mistakes, and nothing on KLYRE is professional advice of any kind. Characters who share names with real historical figures are dramatized portrayals, not the real people.
Sending topics and letters
- You must be at least 13 to send a submission.
- Send only your own words. Don't include other people's personal information, anything you don't have the right to share, or anything you wouldn't want broadcast.
- Submissions must follow our content rules: no real living people, no current events or politics, no health, financial, legal or medical topics, and nothing inappropriate for a PG-13 audience.
- We decide which submissions air, and we may edit, shorten or not use any submission. Rejected submissions aren't acknowledged.
- By sending a submission, you give Orpheus Media LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, adapt, broadcast and publish it, including on YouTube and in our archive, and to credit it with the display name you provide. You keep any rights you already had.
Our content
KLYRE's programs, characters, art, music and website are owned by or licensed to Orpheus Media LLC. You may watch and share links to them. Don't copy, re-upload or rebroadcast them without our permission. Material that is in the public domain stays in the public domain.
YouTube
Our videos are hosted on YouTube, and videos embedded on klyre.tv play in YouTube's player. Watching them is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site or stream, get around our rate limits, send automated submissions, or access anything we haven't made public.
No warranty and limits of liability
KLYRE is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and the stream may be interrupted at any time. To the extent the law allows, Orpheus Media LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or channel.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
